An account is required to place an order.
To create an account, only your name, email address, and password are required.
■ Shipping Destinations
Harajuku Candy ships throughout Japan and to destinations around the world, including Europe, Canada, Australia, and the United States.
Domestic orders are shipped with Yamato Transport, and international orders with Japan Post EMS.
■ Shipping Charges
Harajuku Candy does not currently offer free shipping, regardless of order value.
Standard shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated automatically according to the delivery address and order contents.
Any customs duties or clearance fees are the customer's responsibility. Harajuku Candy is not responsible for these charges.
■ Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are typically prepared for dispatch (picking and packing) within 1–3 business days.
This processing period is separate from the delivery transit time shown at checkout.
■ Shipping Methods and Important Information
We carefully pack every order and make every effort to deliver products in good condition, but we cannot accept responsibility for damage or delays during transit.
During hot weather, we recommend selecting priority or next-day delivery for heat-sensitive products such as candy, where available.
We may delay dispatch when shipping over a weekend could affect product quality.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by extreme temperatures or weather conditions.
