🚚 Shipping Policy
An account is required to place an order.
To create an account, only your name, email address, and password are required.

■ Shipping Areas
Harajuku Candy ships worldwide, including Japan, Europe, Canada, Australia, the United States.

Domestic shipments are handled by Yamato Transport, and international shipments are sent via Japan Post EMS.

■ Shipping Fees

Harajuku Candy does not offer free shipping at this time, regardless of order amount.
Standard shipping fees and applicable taxes are calculated automatically based on your address and order contents.
Any customs duties or clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held liable for these charges.

■ Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are typically prepared for shipment (picking and packing) within 1–3 business days.
This processing time is separate from the shipping transit time shown at checkout.

■ Shipping Methods & Important Notes
We carefully pack all orders to ensure they arrive in good condition; however, we cannot be responsible for damage or delays during transit.
During hot seasons, we recommend selecting priority shipping or next-day delivery for heat-sensitive items such as candy.
In some cases, we may delay shipment to avoid weekends if there is a risk of quality degradation.
We are not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures or weather conditions.

🔁 Return Policy
As many of our products are food items, consumable goods such as candy are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For non-consumable items, refunds may be accepted within one week only if you contact us immediately upon receipt and provide photos showing the issue.

All orders are carefully hand-packed and shipped from our facility to maintain product quality.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A photo of the packing slip

  • Clear photos showing the issue with the item

We will do our best to resolve the matter.
