🚚 SHIPPING POLICY
You need to register an account to place an order.
To create an account, you only need your name, email address, and password.
■ Delivery area
Harajuku Candy delivers to all over the world, including Japan, Europe, Canada, Australia, the United States, China, Korea, and Southeast Asia.
We use Yamato Transport for domestic deliveries and Japan Post EMS for international deliveries.
■ About shipping fees
Currently, Harajuku Candy does not offer free shipping, regardless of order amount.
Standard shipping and tax charges apply to all orders and are calculated automatically based on your address and order details.
* If any duties or other customs fees are incurred, they will be the customer's responsibility. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for them.
■ Delivery time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically prepared for shipping (picked and packed) within 1-3 business days.
This processing time is separate from the "Delivery Time" (actual transit time) displayed at checkout.
■ Shipping methods and precautions
We do our best to carefully package all orders and ensure they arrive in good condition, however we cannot be held responsible for damage or delays during transit.
During hot weather such as summer, we recommend selecting "Priority Shipping" or "Next Day Shipping" for items that melt easily, such as candy.
Additionally, if there is a risk that the quality of the product may be compromised due to being delivered over the weekend, we may decide to delay the delivery date.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by extreme temperatures or weather.
🔁 RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the product, we can not offer refund or exchange for confectionary products.
However, for non-consumable items, we can provide a refund within one week if you notify us of the defect immediately after receiving the product, accompanied by a photo.
We carefully hand-pack and ship every order in our own facility to maintain the quality of our products.
If there is any problem with the product you received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:

A photo of the delivery note to confirm the contents of the package

Photos showing the condition of the defective product
We will do our best to accommodate your request.
